Had a Charge 2 for over 2 years which was great and pretty accurate, though I was ‘upgrading’ to Charge 3 had it for just over a month and wish I hadn’t bothered! It’s massively over counting steps regularly, sometimes when I’m sitting stationary at work, doing house work, getting ready... last night whilst straightening my hair it counted over 1000 steps and classed it as an aerobic workout! Any suggestions
Fitbit CS have been most unhelpful and just suggest the step test, resetting/restarting. I thought it was my device so exchanged it with the shop had new one 2 days and exactly the same is happening! Help 😕

Customer service were most un-helpful, didn't acknowledge any of my points and continuously told me to reset/restart. Bad experience 😞
