Charge 3 overheating

Hello I bought my partner a Fitbit Charge 3, working great for 5 months but then it turns off and didn't come back OK with the charger.

I bought a new charger but this time it turned on for a moment and turned itself off. A few minds later it was very hot to the touch. Is there a fix or do we need to get it replaced?

@Jimjar If the Charge 3 is getting hot, do not wear it and do not plug it in to a charger anymore.  Call Customer Support for help.

Best of luck!
