Noticed yesterday my tracker was about 25 minutes slow. Haven't been able to update it from my app. After troubleshooting with "customer service", I uninstalled and reinstalled app, removed all Bluetooth devices from my phone, uninstalled device from my account to now have it not pair again. Now it doesn't even have a clock or tracker screen, just patent number and model number. No idea what steps to take next. Of course its out of warranty and seems silly to throw more money at a defective product with no support...

Best AnswerIt won't pair and now it just has model number, patent, etc on the screen. Not showing clock, tracker, etc

Try. connect phone to charger. Press button for about 8 seconds - should give smily face.
