Charge 3 problems

Lots and lots of people have written about the same problems as I have had. Dark unreadable screen, no reaction to wrist turn, double tap, restart with the happy face etc.

I was quite astonished to find that after I washed my hands in really cold water a few days ago everything started to work again! Is there some thermo/overheat protection in the device that was reset?

The Fitbit team should come in and help in these matters and not just leave to us users to discuss our problems!!!!!!!

I don’t work for Fitbit but I’m just a consumer of Fitbit like yourself. But I’m happy to read your Charge 3 is up and running correctly again. That’s awesome news! I’m not versed on any thermo/overheat protection but regardless I’m happy your Charge 3 is working again.  😃 Happy Stepping!!
