Just out on a ride as I normally do every day. My Charge 3 started vibrating constantly for 5 seconds and then went blank. When I got home I plugged it in and the screen wouldn't work. Held button down for 10-15 seconds and it reset. would then not sync at all with my app. Have done everything with the app and the tracker. I have cleared user data from the tracker again and again, rebooted the tracker, opened and closed the app, unistalled/ reinstalled the app, deleted all my bluetooth devices from my phone.
Now the track will not set up. The app finds the tracker and asks for the code on the screen of the tracker.
as soon as I enter the code, the tracker vibrates twice and an 'X' appears on its screen. A message comes up in red font reading: "There was a problem communicating with your tracker."
Now I have a tracker that does not work at all or will not connect to my phone and I've only had it for a month so quite disappointed. Have been using it everyday and exercising every day with it.
It still tells me my heart rate when i am holding it though but that's it. wont even tell me the time and date because it wont sync.

Same thing happened to me,this will be my 4th unit in less than one year.Called customer service they are sending me another replacement but the last one didn't even last two months.I believe something is wrong with this product.
