Charge 3 randomly vibrating

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I noticed my Charge 3 vibrates a lot when walking outside selecting Walk in the exercise menu. I look at the Fitbit when it vibrates and there is a small “cell phone” in the top left corner. I don't get this kind of vibrations if I use my mobile to start the working and track the GPS. Only if I select it from Fitbit wrist menu I am getting this vibration and is really annoying and it takes lot of battery, today morning I had observed it was not even synced with my mobile while I was working.

Can you please suggest a suggestion to stop this nuisance and also to track the walk exercise from the Fitbit?

It's great to see you here @sameerasr.

Can you please be more specific about this issue? Are you receiving notifications while working out? If this is the case, that's why your tracker is vibrating, you can turn off the notifications by pressing the home button until it vibrates and turn off this feature.

In the meantime, I recommend checking the help article How do I track exercise and activity with my Fitbit device?.

Hope to hear from you soon. Robot Happy

Hi

I have very limited notifications

The issue I am facing

When I goto my Fitbit device select walk with the option use GPS from mobile

It vibrates like every second and when I see the fitbit device there will be a small square on the top left corner that will have x or a tick

I don't face this issue when I go to mobile app and select wal from there

Thanks for the information @sameerasr.

If the issue is directly when you use GPS connected, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? and follow the instructions provide there.

Let me know the outcome. Smiley Happy

Same with me and the x or check mark; vibrating way more than necessary.  It is quite annoying to the point I want to turn it off but still want to track my exercise.  I wonder if it is tracking properly with this issue?  I don't believe it is a GPS issue after reading that many of the Fitbit models do the same thing. 😞
