Over the last 10 days I have 7 nights with only light sleep and the rest with the normal range! What is happening?

Thank you for the detailed information. I recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3, you can perform the restart by following the steps provided in this link: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
If that doesn't make any difference, please confirm when you started noticing this inconvenience. If it was after an update of the Fitbit App, please let me know.
