Charge 3 and iPhone12 Reminders to Move is not saving changes to default start time and end time. It also isn't syncing. I've received a message three times today to pair the device. Any suggestions on what will correct these issues?

The reply I received for this question doesn't make any sense. I did not have my iPhone 12 when I contacted the help desk in September. I purchased my iPhone 12 in October. Please confirm what bugs have been reported and moved to development for the iPhone 12.
