Mirror Image Clockface

My Charge 2 has suddenly started displaying data in mirror image and scrolling in reverse. There is also a thin line of corrupted text on the margin next to the button. Any ideas?

@SunsetRunner, try restarting your Charge 2 tracker 3 times in a row following the instructions in the help article, How do I restart my Fitbit device?

 

If it still is not correctly displaying after that, contact Fitbit Support so that they can help resolve this issue.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! The recommended troubleshoot for this issue is restarting the tracker like @USAF-Larry suggested so I wanted to know if you tried it and if this worked for you. If it didn't did you contact our Support team?

Unfortunately, the display died too soon after that. The reset method
didn't help now.

Looks like it has lived it's life though it is less than 2 years old.

I restarted my FitBit Charge2  but no solution Mirror Image Remains.Any other suggestions?Thanks.Request Fit Bit Help to suggest a remedy.
