frustrating have to switch off phone everyday to sync Fitbit. Battle to pair device and phone. Any solutions

Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clear the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:
