Charge 3 screen and battery draining issues

Please help. My charge 3 had black lines on the screen which was no big deal I’d still use it but now battery drains within an hour or less of being unplugged

Hi @Raz523, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, please check out and follow the instructions shared in this post.

 

In case the battery is still draining fast, follow the tips advised in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your tracker. Finally, monitor your Charge 3 during the next 24 hours and see if the issues get fixed.
