Charge 3 screen issues

My charge 3 has white lines down the screen. The screen works, but it is like it is damaged, any suggestions how to resolve? If I work out how to attach a photo I will upload a photo

Mine was the same! Only bought it in May so I got in touch with the retailer who replaced it immediately.

@BexW85 Let me help you with this. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution. @shillie68 happy to hear that you were able to replace the device with the retailer.
