Charge 3 screen and syncing issues

Hi

For a number of weeks I am unable to see my screen when out running.

this appears to be related to the ‘bright’ option being removed from settings.

I have read previous concerns raised similar to this - restarting does not help and I only have ‘dim’ and ‘normal’ in my options.

this is starting to become unusable. Is there plans to correct this in next update?

 

the syncing is also taking a long time to get activity coming through

 

my charge 3 is 3 years old and I am hoping to use it for a few more years

As for the syncing difficulties, our team is aware of a syncing issue on Andriod 3.37 and is currently working on a fix. Thank you very much for your report and patience. Please stay tuned to this thread for updates.
