I have bought two fitbits to me and my wife around one year ago.
My wifes one just died. Mine is not syncing and has the screen strange. Fitbit Support said they cant help neither that I'm part of the warrant.
Thanks, but don't want this garbage anymore.

I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit devices are no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup. We appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
