What is going wrong Fitbit? This morning my fitbit Charge3 vibrated once, I thought it was a message, but screen is black and despite all efforts nothing is working ie changing clock face and resetting. Cannot do either of those things. Doesn’t work. Really disappointed in Fitbit, looks like others are having same trouble so its down to your end Fitbit, what are you going to do about it?
