screen is dim tried all recommended actions still dim
what can I do? Only 6 months old.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

I applied the steps in the article and my charge 3 screen is still too dim.

This is a KNOWN problem with the Fitbit Charge 3 and Fitbit is not doing anything to resolve it!!! I am very upset with this. My Charge 3 is just over a year old and the warranty is over and I can’t see the screen at all. It happened just after the warranty ran out. Fitbit has offered 35% off it I want to buy a new one! Not likely....
