that's exactly what got my 3 to forever not be connected because i followed that 'instruction' to tell Bluetooth to 'forget this device', so everytime i try to pair my 3 again, it could never happen cos it stops at 'we found your Charge 3' but the connecting bit never ever ends... so i am effectively left out in the cold bcos of that ONE 'instruction' to tell Bluetooth to FORGET THIS DEVICE. so, thanks but NO THANKS! now 3less, i am scouring around for a replacement that is NOT a fitbit 😒

It’s not syncing with app, shows 001 and a diamond on charge 3 Fitbit , and now continues to show smiley face on face of watch.  Frustrating. I started experiencing problems ever since the update. Starting Yesterday,  it is no longer working.

Mine has been odd since the clocks changed. It seems to loose time not keeping up with the phone. Now worried to un pair in case I can't get it back.

it's pointless, the tracker would not connect to the iphone, even when it
claims it found the tracker! all of this because i tokd Bluetooth to
'forget this device'! now it won't be paired!!!! totally futile!
