My Charge 3 has had a pixilated screen for awhile now but I was willing to keep using it. Now the screen has gone black and I've tried following the restart procedures and changing the clock face. While I was able to get a smiley face using the restart/reboot procedure, as soon as I take it off of the charger, the screen goes black again. The Customer Support links do not work on this site. I have loved my Fitbits over the years but this is ridiculous. Thinking of changing to a different vendor for a fitness tracker if I do not get a resolution to this problem in a week. Very disappointed. I will make sure and let my social media platform know of those issue too.
