Hi. My Charge 3 has not been working for some time. I gave up on it but would now like someone to help sort the issue please.
my screen is blank. I do get a smiley face when I plug it in, then nothing.
I have tried the following steps from a previous post.
i don’t get a battery icon but otherwise it vibrates as stated and I get the progress bar and a smiley face. But when I reconnect I get nothing.
The device will not connect to the app at all.
please can you advise what I should do next?

I am having somewhat of the same issue. The screen will not display. When I plug it to charge it I do not get any displays that it is charging. I have only had it for 1 month and it has already died.

Yes mine stopped working after 3 months of use. It’s very frustrating!

Mine is doing it too. I have had problems with it since I got it😡

I have the exact same issue. My screen has gotten more and more dim. It no longer shows anything on the screen. 😡
