Why has the issue from so many of us been marked resolved when clearly it isnt? This is my 2nd charge 3 now. The first one did the same thing after 6 months but it was under warranty. This one is out of warranty now i cant return! I have tried all suggestions from fitbit and i still have a blank screen. Its is sycning to the app but thats annoying if im on a walk or run and want to check my step count at the time. This device was expensive. We shouldnt have to stop what we are doing to sync in the middle of a workout just to see our progress! Ive done everything now and its still blank. I was going to give up and get a charge 4 but after reading reviews of that, that has the same screen issues! Come on fitbit get your act together and sort this issue out, theres obviously thousands of us out there experiencing this and youve got the gaul to mark this as SOLVED. Its not solved.

Hi @Khackford as for the "solved" thread you saw, the person who begins it can mark it as solved if it answers their question or concern. It doesn't mean it's solved for every member having a problem.

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't specify what you did to troubleshoot this issue so I just want to verify that you have tried to change the clock face as the tracker is still syncing and to restart your device.

Hi i cant tell if my tracker is restarted or not as there is a blank screen so i am not getting the smiley face. Have put it on the charger, held buttom down for 15 secs, taken it off charger again and again for about 10 times, still nothing. I have changed my clock face and still nothing
