Charge 3 screen completely black

The watch is now unusable despite vibrating on button press and the pulse light working.

 

Have tried to follow the long reset instruction on the Forum but to no avail.

 

Has anyone managed to fix what appears to be a common issue before being drawn to look at last resort options please.

Thank you for your prompt service. The only thing I can see is a black screen but the data being synched to my phone is visible on phone only. The battery is also fully charged. Pressing the button gives a positive vibration response but thst is the only output other than the data being sent to phone. The pulse light also seems to work. It is clearly a Fitbit Charge 3 watch display issue.

 

I checked the receipt for the Charge 3, a special edition Lavendar/Rose Gold version 3 watch and can confirm it is within the limited warranty period too.

Well the support is fabuluous. Got some new instructions with two options to reboot, and so quick too.

 

Unfortunately, the watch display is still not playing afger trying the short and long restart options. The vibrations are there, but no display.
