Woke up this morning and the screen on my charge 3 was blurry. All I can see is the time. Everything else is white lines. I tried holding the button to restart it but I can see anything on the screen to know if I did it correctly. I changed the clock screen from my app but that didnt work either. Any other suggestions?
Hi @Kewatson1 One more thing to try, but I am not sure it will help. Give it a go anyway. If it doesnt clear the screen please come back here
CHARGE 3 LONG RESTART
Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button. Note: Device won't have a smiley face icon and should be off with a black screen. Remove the device from the charging cable. Plug the device into the charging cable again. The smiley face icon appears on the screen.

Best AnswerI ended up contacting support about it. Sent them a picture of my screen and they sent me a replacement. No band or anything but I wasn't looking for a new band. The replacement has been working fine for over a year now.

Best AnswerI had the same problem after 14 months and they replaced it in March 2020, now it’s happened again and they’re replacing again..it really seems to be a common problem and I’m sure they’ve had to replace thousands judging by the number of complaints here! Ho
