Has anyone ever had issues like what is showing on the attached pic? I’ve tried resetting, which has not corrected the issue.

Hi Andrea…I am experiencing the same issue w the lines.  Additionally, my Fitbit is not keeping accurate time.  I’ve synched it several times from this location; the time updates but does not keep.  Additionally, I have lost my historic data… most disconcerting!  Please direct me to where I can get some tech support/fix advice for these issues.  Thanks, DC Spence

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Champs822. I'm sorry to hear about what's happening to your Charge 3.

Are you syncing your tracker frequently? Which historic data did you lose?

I have exactly the same issue; i think the thing is just dying! It had lost the time and I managed to correct that and everything seemed fine for 2 weeks. Then the fading lines and wrong time suddenly appeared again, it is unusable.

What none of these replies from Fitbit or Moderators acknowledge is that the gadget is ever so possibly completely goosed??

Thanks for getting back to us @macwil. I'm sorry to hear about your Charge 3.

To remove the lines please restart your tracker. Sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
