I am currently on my third or fourth Fitbit in two years or so, and the latest one, ironically just a few weeks out of warranty has now failed again, with a screen visibility fading out and no apparent fix.
FitBit has told me to buy something else... nice! What good is fitness device that lasts but hardly a year or less? Very contemptuous of the customer.

I've had my charge 3 for almost 2 years. Screen started fading last week, now completely blank. If it wasn't for the excellent phone app, this thing would be useless. Charge 3 still works perfectly. I still get notification vibrations, just can't see it to read it...so I got to pick up my phone anyway. None of the trouble shooting suggestions work.
