charge 3 will not hold charge

Charge 3 only holds charge for about 4 hours.

let me guess, you just did the latest firmware update?

 

I had been holding off for well over a month myself, applied it and now the battery lasts a few hours instead of days... contacted support and they offer a discount on a new device. Seems like a scam.

 

Currently looking for a way to downgrade firmware, it seems there is something wrong with the latest update

 

very frustrated customer over here

I got the offer. Either the battery provided is defective or the update cause the problem. In my opinion, the problem is a defective battery because if the update caused the problem they could easily fixed with another patch. I doubt the battery would be an easy fix due to the sealed design.
