let me guess, you just did the latest firmware update?
I had been holding off for well over a month myself, applied it and now the battery lasts a few hours instead of days... contacted support and they offer a discount on a new device. Seems like a scam.
Currently looking for a way to downgrade firmware, it seems there is something wrong with the latest update
very frustrated customer over here
