My charge 3 is around one year old. It recently started “fading” for lack of a better word, pic included. I have tried resetting it numerous times but that doesn’t work. I’m probably just past one year so I don’t think it’s under warranty but I’m very disappointed. This is my 3rd charge devise and none have lasted more than one year. Could you help me please?

My 1st was the Alta, that didn't last long. All I wanted was a watch that was splash proof. I've misplaced my charge 3 bit it will be out of battery now. And the charge 3 I have to tap twice before it will let me see the time. Which personally is pretty hard to do when driving.
