Charge 3 screen flickering

Hi,

My Fitbit Charge 3 screen has been glitching. The screen will jump back from the home screen to screen wake/notifications screen. It also will sometimes just stay on the home screen unable to change from viewing steps to heart rate to distance, etc. On certain occasions the side button doesn’t work no matter how hard I press on it. 

I have tried rebooting the Charge 3 by following the forum by plugging in the charger cable and holding down the side button for 15 seconds. The bar fully loads and when turned back on the Charge 3 screen still continues to glitch. There is now a line across the bottom of the screen.

What can be done to resolve this issue?
