Charge 3 screen going dark after update

Anybody having problems sense the update? My Fitbit is always going dark can’t see the screen, can’t read anything. Very frustrating

dont like the update

I am sorry to hear the screen on your Charge 3 is going dark after the updateI totally understand how you are feeling and I am here to help. I recommend trying to change the brightness setting on your Charge 3: go to Settings > Brightness and change to Auto or On. Please also confirm that you don't have "Sleep Mode” turned on: press and hold the button on your device. Tap a setting to turn it off.
