Charge 3 screen has lines many lines, battery drained quickly, randomly flashing

Charge 3 is also recording very high heart rate for no reason.

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not working as it should. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it (to help with the screen issues). Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device. 

Regarding the battery life try cleaning the contacts using cotton swab with rubbing alcohol, then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's USB port (try different ports) or use an UL-certified USB adapter. You can follow these instructions to help improve the battery life.

I’ve cleaned it, recharged it and rebooted it. 

it’s still flashing, very strange! 

What do I do now?
