Hello Fitbit team,
I'm writing to you since I'm facing some issues related with the screen of my Charge 3 tracker.
Since yesterday I've noticed some lines appearing on my screen and it's getting worse. I've tried many tips that I could find in the forum however none of them seemed to work.
Please help me out solving this problem.

Hi @AnaNegreiros, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 has some lines across. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, please restart your Charge 3 as described in this help article. After this, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello Juan.
Posting a thread on this forum I've tried the factory reset, however without any success. Then, and according to your sugestion, I've tried to restart my tracker according to the instructions provided by you, and then I've changed the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, and unfortunately it didn't work too.
What should I do in order to operate again my tracker like I used to do?
