Charge 3 has vertical white lines thru the numbers. Also the number 12 is missing on the bottom.

Hi @debbie.alchamaa, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 has vertical lines and the number 12 is missing on the bottom.

I did chat with them. But I purchased my fitbit at either Fitbit on line or
Costco. It still has issues. I forgot to mention that I have a rash where
the watch face lays on mywrist. Cleaned it so many times. I finally have
stopped wearing it all together. Thanks for reaching out. Fact is... I have
a defective Firbit and I dont know what to do about it. Thanks again.
