Hi, My charge 3 shows a blank screen. I have tried restarting, changing clock faces but it does not work. I disconnected the device from my phone and now not able to connect back since the display doesnt show the code to pair. Please help. Thanks

I have the same problem. There is a dull light When I flick my wrist but no graphics. It still syncs with my phone, though this is not easy. Once synced I can see my step count and sleep report. Last time I recharged it, I pressed the button and the smiley face appeared dimly. Any suggestions?
