Charge 3 screen is blank

Hi,

I have a charge 3 and I am not able to do the setup even screen is blank. Tried all the reset options but still not able to see the screen.

To resolve battery issues, we recommend following these troubleshooting steps.

 

If you continue having difficulties, please tell me if your Charge 3 vibrates when it is plugged into the charging cable.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes it vibrates when it plugged into a charging cable. I am still facing
same issue. Some times I can see the smiley face and again screen is black.

Same thing happening to my Charge 3. I went on to the chat with Fitbit Support. However, after I did the 15 second reboot they asked me if my iPhone was due an update, I said no - and then the chat stopped. Just left me hanging.

I have tried all the factory reset option. Some one told me to change the
clock face but I am not able to do the setup. So I can't change it.

I have the same issue, black screen, no green lights at the back, done the 15 second hold the button business but nothing works 


I should also add mine doesn't even vibrate when charging

I was chatting with one of your executive and he told me to wait he is
working on it and all of a sudden chat ended.
