I woke up to vertical white lines running down face. It was still synching steps but then nothing on screen. Tried to reboot andrepair but cant get a 4 digit code as no images at all on screen to synch . Help!

Like many people in this forum, I have the same issue. Since I replied "me too" a week or so ago, my screen has gone completely black and I can't even see if it's charging. I've had it less than two years. Can you help?
