My charge 3 has a very dim to no display. I have reset it several times but it doesn't work. I see many others have the same problem. What is the fix. I refuse to purchase another Fitbit.

Hi @page1fit, it's great ot see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that the screen of your Charge 3 is dim. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issue gets fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

I changed the clock face. That did nothing.

I have the same problem. Also reset the watch and changed the clock. What else is there to do?

Swipe the screen to the left until you reach the settings option, tap it and then tap on Brightness to scroll through the different options. Let me know how it goes.
