Omg. My Charge 3 screen has been dim lately too! I even checked the settings on the brightness and it’s on normal not dim mode. The icons are fading too.

Thanks for sharing that your Charge 3 screen is dim and for checking the brightness settings. I'm sorry you're having this experience. I went ahead and contacted our Support team to forward your posts, however it seems that you already have a case created with them. Be sure they'll continue helping you with this situation.
