We are on out 3rd charge 3. All past ones have had screen malfunctions at variously times making them unreadable.. First one failed just after warranty ran out and was given discount on re purchase. Second one failed in the same way but this time during warranty period. This one you replace. Now 4 months in this one has done same exact thing. Again you offer a discount on us purchasing a new one. Seems like to me there is a problem with this product. Our original fit bit 2 is more than 4 years old and still going strong. Just looking for answers.

When you purchase a Fitbit you have a 1 year warranty. When it fails during this time and you replace it does the replacement have a 1 year warranty ? Especially if the replacement fails like the original did il a few months of use?
