Hi,

I have purchased a fit bit just less than 12 months ago.

I have noticed for a few weeks now that the screen doesn’t light up anymore for some reason. 
Could you please guys advice?

Thank you very much for the detailed information. At this time, I'd recommend visiting this thread for tips and suggestions on how to resolve screen inconveniences.
