Three weeks ago, I took off my charge to charge it. As soon as I clipped the pebble into the charger, the screen went all grey with vertical gradients of black.
I waited for it to fully charge, reset it and even tried troubleshooting it with support but nothing works.
I was told I wasn't covered by warranty and that it could not be resolved.
Now I hear that the charge 4 has a faulty band. What am I supposed to do?

This is bull**ahem**. My charge 3 did the same thing after you guys ran a software update! Same thing happened to almost everyone in this community. I suspect you bring out the charge 4 and suddenly make an update that makes our fitbits faulty. Warranty is out so we have to upgrade. Well, can't say I'll upgrade to another fitbit! That's ridiculous! Also the lack of actual support on this issue "try troubleshooting" I have. No help, you know that.

Hi @jmakumbi, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the screen issue that your Charge 3 experienced even though you tried the recommended troubleshooting steps. I'm also sorry to hear that it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
I totally understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
I'll be around if any question arises.

I'm having the same issue. This is the second Charge 3 flatlined on me under one year. These Fitbit are crap now!
I tried to get customer service on Live Chat, but no luck with it. I waited at least 20 minutes and lost my patiences.
