Hi folks,
My wife recently bought a secondhand fitbit charge 2 online, but the previous owner hadn't erased the data. Namely, the accumulated step count. The previous owner is uncontactable.


Is it possible to clear all the data by ourselves and if so, how would we do that?

Hi @Seanebee  according to Fitbit, when you set up the device with your account, the old data should be gone. click to read.
