Charge 3 screen issue

Hi!

 

I can't seem to post this in the big conversation about the Carge 3 screen issues, so sorry for starting another one 😐

 

I've got my Fitbit Charge 3 for 2 years exactly today and the screen issues are getting worse and worse. When I'm outside I can't see anything on my screen anymore. I did everything suggested on this forum, but it doesnt help. Could support maybe contact me, because I only see a Twitter contact option and this oldschool guy doenst use Twitter 😛

Hi @Wieblieb  customer support is best with phone or chat - they don't initiate contact, so you'll need to get with them first

Hi @Odyssey13,

Many thanks for your reply. I want to contact them, but if I follow your link it automatically rederects me to Krijg ondersteuning (fitbit.com), the dutch version. On that version I can't contact support with chat or mail, it's just this forum and Twitter. Could you send me a derict link to the chat or a mailadress?

I’ve had mine for less than a year it was a replacement and apparently it’s not under warranty it was replaced for the same issue as it has now  and they won’t replace it again I got offered a discount which is shocking this issue is an ongoing thing and Fitbit knows about it I can’t afford to replace mine as it took me ages to save up  all I want is a replacement as it’s under a year old but no one will help

@Wieblieb I'm in the US, so the link I sent is the one I have when I click for help. At the top of this page is HELP, on that page, towards the bottom is Contact Support - maybe if you clicked there, you'd get the one for your location. I do have a few phone numbers.

Thanks for your effort. Dutch telephone support is really hard to find 😐 but I found a phonenumber somewhere on the web 🙂 085-208-4132 I called it and the will help me.
