I have had my Charge 3 for less than 3 years and the screen was getting darker and darker and now I cant see anything and it looks blank. After numerous attempted fixes I was told that there is nothing that can be done and that I have to get a new Fitbit. After less than 3 years? I have seen many other complaints about this blank screen issue. Anyone have any ideas about what to do?

@SonomaJude Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 3 experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums. I'm sorry to hear that it's no longer under the warranty period. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
We really appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.

My screen is doing the same thing and have tried numerous times adjusting the brightness to no avail and mine is nearly 2 years old
