Charge 3 screen keeps going black

I have restarted my fitbit charge 3 and it continues to go black. It will work for a few minutes then it goes black. I've reset it, changed the clock face EVERYTHING! but it keeps going black.  This will make my 3rd fitbit and thats ridiculous!
