The screen on my Charge 3 no longer lights up. Half of it is very dimmed and I have to be in a dark room to even see what time it is. It works fine otherwise as in recording data (sleep, exercise, steps, notifications etc). Anyone knows if it is possible to fix?

I have the same issue with my Charge 3, everything works perfectly fine. It just that the screen is totally black. Tried to do all kinds of trouble shoots but on a response of vibration on the device. Warranty is not valid anymore but still hoping someone would help to fix it. 🙏

I appreciate your messages, and I'm sorry to hear you are experiencing troubles with dim screen and black screen with your Charge 5 devices.
Thank you for the troubleshooting efforts.
The dim screen issue could be due to the brightness, do not disturb or sleep parameters. Please try to change brightness and verify the Do Not Disturb (DND) and Sleep Mode are turn off.
If the issue still persists, please synchronize, restart and synchronize again your devices.

How I wish I can easily navigate and do that on the app via phone as there is really not even a tiniest display on the screen.
