Charge 3 screen not displaying properly

Hi folks

 
The screen on my Fitbit Charge 3 is not displaying properly. Sadly, Fitbit doesn't allow me to upload a photo of my screen here, suffice to say, it is unreadable. The same problem has happened previously and the unit was replaced last November 2020 now the replacement unit now has the same problem. I’ve tried a full reset to no avail. I look after my Fitbit carefully so I don’t know why this has happened again. I've also tried the so-called live chat, which doesn't seem to be working either. Is anyone from Fitbit on here that can help me?
