My screen went dark after 22 months. Called Customer Service and tried to reset but it didn't work. FitBit will not replace and offers instead a discount on new watch. Based on the large number of similar complaints I see on this forum, I believe they have a design issue and should be willing to replace that watches. I have now lost confidence in FitBit and will consider instead buying an Apple Watch.

Sorry to hear about this. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
