Charge 3 screen shows vertical lines

Hello,

My Charge 3 has since yesterday suddenly vertical grey lines. I’ve done a soft and hard reset, the battery fully loaded but still are the lines there.

My husband bought it as a birthday gift for me in March 2020. A Fitbit is not so cheap…

How can this problem be solved?!?

I was able to see that you reached out through twitter on August 10th and that they were able to create a case for you with our Support Team and they have provided a replacement for you. I hope you can continue tracking towards your fitness goals.
