My son bought my charge 3 as a xmas gift last December. Today when I charged it the screen went grey and it has vertical lines. I have tried the suggested reboots both short and long, have have tried changing the clock face too but none if this has worked. I see that replacement is the only answer. Can you please advise as with this being a gift I am most upset?

I have the same issue. My Fitbit 3 isn't even 1 year old! How do we fix this?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 screen not working as it should. Please restart your tracker by following these instructions. If your tracker is syncing then also try changing the clock face.
