Hi There, my apologies for starting another screen issue topic. I tried rebooting, tried changing clock, and tried customer support but none of those worked thus I would like to see if anyone else here has alternative fixes.
My screen itself works just fine as I can see the smile face and the clock right after rebooting. However, once it goes into sleep, it never work up again. I got my fitbit via COSTCO in November 19 so it's less than 2 yrs old.

Hi @Shylo_Z, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team in regards this issue. I'm sorry to hear that the issue persists and it's no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of the first setup.
I understand how you feel about this and we appreciate your feedback and comments since this helps us to keep improving.
