Hi there, after about 2-3 months of wear, the screen suddenly looks as if there is a brightness control and it is turned up too high. The whole screen looks white, with a slightly whiter clock face underneath. I've reset it several times, I've tried changing the clock face. No joy. I know this is an issue (there are lots of pictures on the web of people with exactly the same problem) and several threads in the community, but no solutions. Help!

I just developed the same problem yesterday! I thought device needed to be rebooted so I did that a few times.
Then I thought I needed to change the clock face. I did that. No change.

Hi team,
I’m also having the same problem here.
I’ve:
- tried changing clock face
- done the ‘15 second reboot’
Clock gave change had no effect (other than changing clock face, the white background remained).
The hard reboot didn’t give me the smiley ‘hello’ screen, rather it was blank until the clock face with white background showed again.
Please help! 🙂

Hi,
I'm also having the same problem. My fitbit charge 3's display was dimmer than it was before. Tried the soft rebooting then the hard rebooting. nothing worked. Then when I charged it, 30min later, the screen turned white. Did all the reboots, but the screen remain white. Could you please assist me?
